The Website, iOS App, Services, all related components and information are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. You may not use the iOS App, Website or any Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of others.

Photo submissions should not contain any illegal activity or imagery which infringes the rights of others. Entries will not be accepted outside of the closing date.

Judging and Prizes

Apple is not involved in any way with the contest and is not a sponsor.

Any personal information you supply us will not be shared with any third parties, and will only be used in direct relation to this competition.

The minimum age for entry is 18 years old.

These rules are governed by the laws of United States of America.

All submissions must be made using MobilizeCam iOS app. The file should be a no bigger than 5mb. Submissions that do not comply will be rejected.

The prize for winning is recognition on MobilizeCam.com and social media platforms. There is no alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. MobilizeCam reserves the right to change the prize at any time.

The judges reserve the right to remove any entries from the competition that they feel may breach any laws.

The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
